![]() I start processing a new item immediately every time I take the one that's on the shelf. I keep 5 of each factory goods in my barn, and 1 of each waiting on the factory shelf. I also buy cotton even though it's a quick grower because it's very cheap to buy and I don't need it often enough to waste fields on it. I buy rubber, silk, peanuts, and chocolate at the market because they grow so slowly that dedicating a bunch of fields to them is just inefficient as hell. And then a strip of fields that I use to grow quick crops like wheat, corn, and carrots on the spot when I need those. ![]() I'm level 77 and I have rows of strawberry, tomato, potato, jalapeno, trees, sugar, rice, roses, coffee, and mint. ![]() I don't have enough fields to keep large numbers of every crop, so I only plant crops that grow quickly, and I buy the slow ones from the market when I need them. When I need something I harvest it and immediately re-plant. The fields of unharvested crops act as storage. I can't tell you how to play, and for every suggestion I make somebody will come along and tell you to do the opposite, but here's how I manage: You should aim for at least one barn upgrade per level, because each level means more goods that take up more space. If your barn is always that full, you're probably leveling too fast.
